Miyanda Maimbo Kahari, a great Zambian woman who stands for every employee, employers and the no-employed, came on the Zambian media and expossed her great skills in providing advice and suggestions on how best organisations and companies can be run effectively by building a common understanding of human resource management.
To this effect, Miyanda spends sleepless nights and keeps her eyes close enough on every individual and organisation and picks out what makes them unique.
However, whatever she discovers, she does not keep it to her self she begins a journey of putting this on paper. As she reaches the Zambian urban population through the popular Zambian newspaper "The Post", Miyanda's effective writing about Human Resource Management emerges from the people that followed her and companies that took her to manage there Human Resource issues.
As a profession H.R Consultant, her achievements are evedent every step of her operations.
